Working in the fields of Financial Management, Leadership and Coaching, Kanat was appointed as a consultant to Qmark Danışmanlık A.Ş. in January 2022 in order to share with a wider audience and create resources by blending the experience he gained in his corporate life for 22 years with the experience he gained in the coaching and consultancy process. and joined as a coach.

Alper Dalkılıç

Born in Izmir in 1978, Alper DALKILIÇ completed his primary and secondary education in different cities of Turkey. After starting his higher education in the Department of Economics at Uludağ University, he participated in activities in many student clubs. Developing himself in mountaineering, parachuting, paragliding, marathon runs, bicycle tours and photography, DALKILIÇ participated in international climbs organized by the university and other mountaineering clubs, and focused on photography. He started in Finansbank in 2004 as a Manager Candidate (MT). In 2011, he met Senior Consultant Mehmet Yıldırım Özel within the body of the bank he worked for and opened the doors of a different journey.
