She has been responsible for a wide range of product groups ranging from consumer health to branded generic drugs in his duties in leading national and international companies in the sector. This diversity has given her a valuable experience that makes a difference, especially in marketing communication, customer focus and sales team management.

She worked in the marketing and sales fields of Kopaş Kozmetik, responsible for the Sesu Women's Care and Dalin Baby Care Products categories. Prior to GSK Consumer Healthcare's transition to a direct operation model in Turkey, he was responsible for the execution of the first ATL campaign in Turkey and the distribution in non-pharmacy channels of world-renowned oral care brands such as Sensodyne, Parodontax and Corega in the business model run by Ali Raif İlaç.

Afterwards, she undertook the management of the team he led in the field of Cardiology and Diabetes within Ali Raif. In his role at Eczacıbaşı İlaç Pazarlama, she was responsible for the creation and implementation of the business model that includes the sale of P&G brands in pharmacies, within the framework of Eczacıbaşı and P&G cooperation.

In her duty in the field of Consumer Health at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, she had a wide range of responsibilities such as the creation of the field structure, the creation of a portfolio, and the creation of marketing strategies.

During her most recent term as Marketing and Sales Director at Abbott, he took an active role in the transformation of the field team and central team, and won various awards every year for his business results.

Lamda Health, of which she is currently one of the founders, provides strategic marketing and sales consultancy and digital transformation strategy consultancy; She continues to work as a consultant in various projects within the body of Qmark consultancy.

Şenay graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Communication and took courses on Marketing at the University of Vienna. She completed her MBA education on Marketing at Yeditepe University.
