Alper DALKILIÇ, born in Izmir in 1978, has led a remarkable life filled with adventure, determination, and a passion for pushing boundaries. From completing ultra marathons on four continents to organizing endurance races and mountaineering expeditions, Alper has become a symbol of perseverance and inspiration. After a successful career in the banking industry, he decided to follow his true passions and embarked on a journey that would redefine his life's purpose. Today, Alper DALKILIÇ continues to challenge himself, motivate others, and make a difference through his involvement with Limit Sensin and Qmark Consulting.

Alper DALKILIÇ completed his primary and secondary education in various cities across Turkey. Pursuing higher education in the field of Economics at Uludağ University, he actively participated in multiple student clubs. It was during this time that Alper discovered his love for outdoor activities, such as mountaineering, paragliding, trail running, cycling, and photography. His enthusiasm for adventure led him to participate in international climbing expeditions organized by university mountaineering clubs, where he also developed his photography skills. In 2004, Alper began his professional career as a Management Trainee (MT) at Finansbank, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.

In 2011, Alper DALKILIÇ's life took an exciting turn when he crossed paths with Senior Advisor Mehmet Yıldırım Özel at the bank where he worked. Inspired by Özel, Alper embarked on a unique journey that would test his physical and mental capabilities. After completing the Gobi Desert Marathon in June 2011, he set his sights on the ultimate challenge: the Desert Grand Slam. This extraordinary feat involved running ultra marathons in four different continents—Atacama Desert, Gobi Desert, Sahara Desert, and Antarctica—each covering a minimum distance of 250 km. Alper became the first and only Turkish athlete to achieve this remarkable accomplishment, leaving his mark in the annals of endurance sports. Furthermore, he conquered the Grand Canyon Ultra Marathon in North America and Iceland's rugged terrains, solidifying his place among the elite endurance athletes.

After a decade in the banking industry, Alper DALKILIÇ decided to pursue his passions and embrace a life aligned with his true calling. He left the corporate world to embark on a new chapter, dedicated to realizing his dreams and sharing his experiences with others. Alper now organizes ultra marathon events, provides consultancy for adventure races, and leads mountaineering expeditions both domestically and internationally. He has competed in races of various distances, including 100 miles, 330 km, and 520 km, while actively engaging in sports and mentoring aspiring athletes. Since 2015, Alper has organized the Kaçkar Ultra Marathon, a renowned event held annually in the breathtaking landscapes of Turkey's Kaçkar Mountains. In 2023, he joined forces with Limit Sensin and began collaborating with the Qmark Consulting community in May, further expanding his reach and impact.
