She graduated from the Sociology Department of Hacettepe University and the Child Development Department of Istanbul University. She completed her Master’s degree in the field of Educational Psychology at Ankara University’s Department of Psychological Services in Education. Before her Master’s studies, she received preparatory scientific training in the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department.

In 2012, after her undergraduate education, she completed the Marriage and Family Counseling certification program at Ankara University.

She successfully completed the Schema Therapy International Certification Program provided by Dr. Alp Karaosmanoğlu and the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Theoretical Training provided by Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar. Additionally, she received Mindfulness (MBSR) training from Prof. Dr. Bilge Uzun.

She completed the Basic Level Emotion Coaching training organized by Emotion Coaching Turkey. Furthermore, she successfully completed the ‘’No-Drama Discipline’’ training by Dr. Tina Payne Bryson, the Mind Mapping training by Arzu Savaş, and the Effective Presentation Techniques training by the Istanbul Business Institute.

She is one of the authors of the book *Mothers Touching the Future (Recognizing, Understanding, and Preventing Emotional Neglect)* published by the "Projemiz Hayat Derneği" association.

She has designed and delivered training and seminars tailored to the needs and cultures of organizations on topics such as Effective Communication, Diction and Presentation Art, Work-Life Balance, Mindfulness, Mind Mapping, Teamwork, Psychological Flexibility and Resilience, Leading Yourself Through Schemas, and Psychology-Oriented Time Management.

Previously, she worked as a Consultant/Educational Psychology Specialist at Madalyon Psychiatry Center-Corporate. She is also a voice-over artist.
