She graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering. For nearly 20 years, she worked as a manager in the supply chain and trade departments of various international and national companies such as Carrefour Group and Doğuş Holding. During her time living in Azerbaijan, she served as the Country Manager of a Turkey-based management consultancy firm.

In 2022, she completed the Master’s Program in Work and Organizational Psychology at Beykoz University as the top graduate of all postgraduate programs and with high honors. Her thesis topic was “A Study for Designing a Sustainable Leadership Model in Light of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.” She presented the Sustainable Leadership Model she developed at the 8th IKSAD International European Social Sciences Congress, and her article was published academically.

She is a certified Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also an International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certified by Genos International. She received NLP Trainer training from Sue Knight, one of the world’s most renowned authorities in NLP. She has professional training in Performing Arts and Creative Drama. She completed an education program on Agility and Agile Leadership from Adler. She is also a certified trainer of "Trapologist at Work," developed by David Covey.

She provides training and seminars tailored to the needs and cultures of organizations on topics such as Organizational Behavior and Attitudes, Corporate Values and Culture, Leadership and Management, Team Management, Teamwork, Effective Communication, Positive Communication, Customer Orientation, Negotiation and Persuasion, Mentoring Programs, and Change Management and Agility. She offers Executive Coaching and Mentoring services to mid- and senior-level executives.
