She graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering. For nearly 20 years, he worked as a manager in the supply chain, purchasing and trade departments of various international and national companies such as Carrefour Group and Doğuş Holding (d.ream). While living in Azerbaijan, he took a role as Azerbaijan Country Manager in a Turkey-based management consultancy firm.

In 2022, she completed Beykoz University Work and Organizational Psychology Master's Program as a top-ranked graduate student and a high honor student. The subject of the graduation project is a Research for Sustainable Leadership Model Design in the Light of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. IKSAD has brought a new Sustainable Leadership Model to the literature in its article published in 2022.

She is a CTI certified Co-Active Koç. He is the International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner of Genos International. She received NLP Trainer Training from Sue Night, one of the world-renowned authorities on NLP. She has Professional Performing Arts and Creative Drama trainings. She completed a training program on Agility and Agile Leadership from Adler.

It provides training and seminars specially designed for the needs and cultures of institutions on Organizational Behaviors and Attitudes, Corporate Values and Corporate Culture, Leadership and Management, Customer Focus, Negotiation and Persuasion, Team Management, Effective Communication, Change Management and Agility. She provides Executive Coaching and Emotional Intelligence Mentoring services to middle and senior managers.

Canan YURDAKUL, who also works in various volunteer activities, has been a member of the ICF Turkey Marketing and Social Media Working Board in 2018-2019 and has been working as the Vice President of Media and Promotion and Environment and Ecology at KAS-DER since 2018.
