Kaan Tatlıcı, who graduated from Istanbul University’s English Business Administration Department in 1993, has held various senior executive positions in the automotive industry for many years.

Between 1996 and 2019, he worked at Doğuş Otomotiv for a total of 23 years in various positions. In the Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Vehicle departments, he contributed significantly to sales, dealership, and order management in collaboration with Volkswagen AG Germany as a Planning and Logistics Manager. Additionally, he successfully carried out corporate initiatives to increase Volkswagen’s market share in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkmenistan by managing distributor sales orders and channel operations in these regions. As the Volkswagen Fleet Sales Manager, he played a key role in raising the brand’s market share to the top levels in corporate fleet sales and marketing of Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Vehicles. He is a leader who has set an example for many colleagues with his teamwork, leadership, and coaching skills within a large sales organization.

As the Sales and After-Sales Services Coordinator, Kaan Tatlıcı also took on active roles in the retail sector in the Doğuş Oto Ankara, Istanbul, and Bursa regions. Most recently, he served as the Deputy General Manager at Oto Plan Vehicle Leasing. In this industry, which has undergone significant changes with increasing competition and the introduction of electric vehicles post-pandemic, he successfully developed the fastest and most sustainable solutions to meet the needs of corporate fleet customers.

Having successfully completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University, Kaan Tatlıcı has always been on a journey to discover the jewel within himself. Constantly developing himself and his team, he continues his work with his talents, passion, and sense of duty, striving to fulfill his IKIGAI—the most valuable intersection of all aspects of life.
