Zeynep Okumuş graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1994. In the same year, she joined Ziraat Bank's Banking School and graduated with honors in 1995. She held managerial positions in sales and marketing at leading banks in the banking sector such as Ziraat Bank, Alternatifbank, and Garanti Bank. At Garanti Bank, she worked in the Individual Sales and Marketing department, where she was involved in Field Sales Team Management and Structuring, as well as in Business Development and Product Development.

Additionally, Zeynep Okumuş established the relevant department as the “Individual Sales and Marketing Manager” at MNG Kargo, managed the Regional and Head Office sales teams, and also served as the Commercial Marketing Manager.

She completed the Adler Central Europe Coaching Trainings approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and earned the title of Professional Coach. She has also received training in Creative Drama, NLP Techniques, and Educational Coaching. Moreover, she completed the Transactional Analysis Training at Adler Central Europe and became a certified trainer of the David Covey Trapologist at Work program (TAW).

She delivers trainings tailored to the needs of organizations and aligned with corporate culture on topics such as Personal Leadership, Team Leadership, Relationship Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Sales and Customer Experience, Team Management, Effective Communication Techniques, Stress and Time Management, Networking, Intergenerational Collaboration, Feedback, Delegation, and Next-Generation Leadership. She also provides Executive Coaching and Mentoring services to mid- and senior-level managers.

Among the organizations she has collaborated with under Qmark are companies from various sectors, including Allianz, Honda, TEB, Yapı Kredi Bank, QNB Finansbank, Hilton, MR. DIY, Danone, Dagi, Constantia Flexibles ASAŞ, Polifarma, Güzel Enerji, and Netaş.

Zeynep Okumuş is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of Italian. She is capable of designing and delivering programs in English.
