Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Corporate Culture
Diversity stands before us as an indispensable phenomenon for today's business world organizations. Teams that can use their diversity in harmony and manage to channel their differences to the purpose of the organization appear as much more efficient and much more agile teams. On the other hand, in organizations where diversity is not in harmony, we come across a crowd rather than a team. So much so that there is no leader in these teams or the leaders cannot reveal their leadership potential. Where there is a heap, there is no leader or leader of the team; The stack leads the leader. The result is frustration for any organization. The use of diversity in harmony is only possible for organizations where inclusive leadership and inclusive corporate culture are adopted.
Inclusivity; It can exist in organizations where each employee feels psychologically physically safe, has a corporate culture of justice, and is sure that no employee is excluded and will not be excluded because of their background or perspectives. So inclusion focuses on actively adopting different perspectives and changing the organization's culture to reflect these, rather than just hiring diverse employees and expecting them to fit in with the current culture.
