She graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She has 26 years of professional field and central management experience in retail. She served as a manager in the sales & marketing departments of various international and national companies such as Marks&Spencer, İpekyol, and MadameCoco. She worked as an instructor in outdoor team trainings within Trango Outdoor Sports.

Believing in the power of transformation through education, Demir volunteered as an instructor in TEGV's "Peace Songs" and "To Be a Citizen" projects, participated in the Istanbul Eurasia Marathon for the KORUNCUK Foundation, and actively took part in various social responsibility projects. She continues to actively produce projects for social responsibility within the City Council Women's Assembly and the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life.

She obtained the title of professional coach by completing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Coaching Trainings. She received TA trainings from the Transactional Analysis Association and Leyla Varan. She has focused on integrating technology with human development by receiving training on Artificial Intelligence literacy and productivity from experts such as Oya Geron, Ozan Sihay, and Dolunay Özeren. Believing in the power of lifelong learning, Demir continues her education in the Sociology Department at Istanbul University.

In her corporate trainings, she designs and presents customized programs for institutions, addressing leadership, communication, teamwork, and digital transformation themes in the light of ethical values.

She is married, a mother of one child and two cats.
