After graduating from DEU Sales Management and the Faculty of Business Administration, Esma Boz began her professional career at DHL Worldwide Express and gained over 25 years of experience in sales team management at leading telecommunications companies such as Turkcell and Vodafone, both in Turkey and globally. During this time, she acquired valuable expertise in leadership, team management, and strategic sales.

Since 2014, Esma Boz has brought her corporate experience into the fields of education and coaching, guiding numerous professionals with content focused on leadership, sales management, and human development. A holder of the CTI Coaching certification, Boz also contributed to academia by teaching the “New Management Styles and Leadership Through a Coaching Approach” course in Bahçeşehir University’s MBA program during 2018-2019.

In recent years, she has concentrated on Gestalt teachings, working to integrate the power of being "here and now" into both her personal and professional life. By incorporating the principles of Gestalt, which focus on awareness, wholeness, and the interaction between the individual and their environment, into her training content, she offers participants not just knowledge but also an in-depth awareness and practical experience.

In her training, she encourages individuals to practice being "here and now," capturing the moment, and discovering their emotional responses and behavioral patterns. Using this approach, she aims to create profound transformations in areas such as leadership, conflict management, emotional agility, and communication. For instance, participants learn to complete unfinished dialogues and transform the impacts of past conflicts on the present through Gestalt’s "completion cycle" principle.
