He was born in 1971 in İzmir. While continuing his secondary education at İzmir Saint-Joseph College, he earned a licensed athlete status after winning the Turkey Middle Schools Volleyball Championship and continued as an athlete until the end of his university life. After graduating from İzmir Tevfik Fikret High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. In 1998, he was selected as the "top student" in the pre-MBA program at the University of Dallas in the State of Texas, USA, and completed his MBA degree in Marketing with a 50% scholarship.

During his career of over 25 years, he served as Product Manager and Marketing Manager in local and international companies such as Kopaş, Dardanel, Evyap, Henkel, Hunca, Şölen, and g2m. During this time, he launched over 400 products, managed more than 50 brands, and achieved significant increases in market share, brand awareness, and revenues. He specialized in strategic marketing, branding, and product innovation.

With a management approach based on collaboration, he developed integrated marketing strategies with sales, product development, and customer service teams. He is known for his leadership style, which brings teams together around common goals by clarifying complex strategies through his strong communication skills.

In 2018, he brought his expertise to Azerbaijan, where he served as Director of Marketing Innovation at Azersun Holding, leading efforts to structure innovation processes and promote an innovation culture. Under the umbrella of Qmark Consulting, he currently provides consultancy on strategic leadership, marketing, and innovation to corporate firms in both Azerbaijan and Turkey. He offers training on "Leading Your Business", "Leading Change", "Innovation Roadmap", "Strategic Marketing", and "Brand Management".

He is one of the few certified FORTH Innovation facilitators in Turkey and the only one in Azerbaijan recognized by the International FORTH Innovation Institute.
