We have enjoyed working with Qmark Consulting on many programs since 2016. We designed and implemented the Development for the Future Program, which we carried out most recently, for our Unit Managers between March 24 and August 17, 2021.
Mrs Mehmet and his team are like our teammates who analyze our needs and expectations well, listen to us, understand, give direction, and design sincere, sincere and highly productive programs. This cooperation is very valuable for us.
In the feedback sessions we received after the training, we observed that the information learned in the trainings benefited both the business and private lives of the participants, they were more motivated and productive to work with their teams with their changing perspectives, their perspectives on life changed, and they developed their leadership characteristics.
We can say that the program not only supported the participants' own development by guiding them on their internal development journeys, but also had a positive impact on their relations with the team.

With the impact it has on our managers, the Development for the Future program also contributes to raising leaders who set an example for their team and listen more, by improving themselves, and positively affects the culture of the institution in the short term.
