Süleyman Şahin, a graduate of the Naval Academy in 1994, embarked on a professional journey that encompassed the maritime industry before transitioning into the telecommunications sector. With extensive experience in both fields, Süleyman's path eventually led him to discover his passion for coaching. He pursued professional training and certifications, becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Combining his corporate background and coaching expertise, Süleyman joined Qmark Danışmanlık A.Ş. in January 2023 as a consultant and coach, with the aim of creating awareness and making a positive impact on people's life journeys.

After graduating from the Naval Academy, Süleyman Şahin served in the Turkish Navy and maritime industry for five years. Seeking new opportunities, he ventured into the telecommunications sector in 2000, working for prominent companies such as Telsim and Vodafone. Throughout his tenure, Süleyman held various managerial positions within regional and central teams. He played a pivotal role in leading agile transformations within network teams, training over 200 employees as an internal trainer on Agile Work Models. He actively contributed to the digitization processes of network teams and provided coaching as an Internal Coach to managers and aspiring leaders.

In 2017, Süleyman Şahin discovered his true calling in the coaching profession. He pursued comprehensive training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved program, and became a certified Co-Active Coach. Building on this foundation, he further enhanced his coaching skills by completing the Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) training in 2018. Süleyman continued his professional development by obtaining his Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation through the Coaches Training Institute in 2020, followed by his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential in 2021.

With over 23 years of experience in the corporate world, Süleyman Şahin brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to his coaching and consulting practice. By combining his corporate background with his coaching expertise, Süleyman aims to create awareness and facilitate transformative experiences for individuals and organizations. Joining Qmark Danışmanlık A.Ş. as a consultant and coach in January May 2023, Süleyman seeks to make a difference by offering guidance, support, and small meaningful touches along people's life journeys.
