Sinem Kızılarslan holds degrees from Istanbul University's Technical Sciences Vocational School and Anadolu University's Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. In addition, she has completed the Pedagogical Formation program at Marmara University and successfully graduated from the Human Resources Specialist Program at Boğaziçi University. With over 25 years of professional experience, Sinem has not only specialized in HR but has also pursued Project Management within the field, offering consultancy services and delivering training programs to companies.
