She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Sociology, and Istanbul University, Department of Child Development. She completed her Master's degree in Educational Psychology at Ankara University, Department of Psychological Services in Education. Ateşoğlu Işık, who is also a voice actress, has been contributing to many institutions in the education and consultancy sector for the last 8 years as an Educational Psychology Specialist and Consultant, particularly in the fields of performing arts, diction, and communication.

She successfully completed the Schema Therapy International Certificate Program given by Uzm. Dr. Alp Karaosmanoğlu and the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Theoretical Training given by Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar. She also received Mindfulness (MBSR) training from Prof. Dr. Bilge Uzun. She completed the Emotion Coaching Basic Level training organized by Emotion Coaching Turkey. Additionally, she successfully completed the "No-Drama Discipline" training given by Dr. Tina Payne Bryson, Mind Mapping training given by Arzu Savaş, and Effective Presentation Techniques training given by Istanbul Business Institute. She completed the Marriage and Family Counseling certificate program at Ankara University.

She is one of the authors of the book "Mothers Touching the Future (Recognizing, Identifying, Preventing Emotional Neglect)" published by "Our Project Life Association."

She provides training and seminars on Effective Communication, Diction and the Art of Presentation, Work-Life Balance, Mindfulness, Mindmapping, Teamwork, Psychological Flexibility and Resilience, Self-Leadership with Schemas, and Psychology-Oriented Time Management, all uniquely designed for the needs and cultures of institutions.
