Esma BOZ, who started her corporate career at DHL Worldwide Express, has over 25 years of work experience, mainly in Sales Management positions, in Turkey's and the World's leading Telecommunication companies.

He has been continuing to provide training since 2014, using his Sales Management, Leadership and Team Management experiences in corporate business life.

He graduated from DEU Sales Management and then the Faculty of Business Administration.

Esma BOZ, who has a CTI Coaching certificate, taught 'New Management Forms and Leadership with a Coaching Approach' to MBA students at Bahçeşehir University in 2018-2019.

Area of interest these days; By concentrating on improving himself about the Gestalt teaching, he strives to adapt the power of "here and now" to his daily life.
