Sencer ÖzgürConsultant

Dr. Sencer Özgür (PhD) graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture in 1997. He first completed his master's degree at Çukurova University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Management and Organization in 2003, and after a 10-year break, he completed his doctoral education, which he started at the same place, in 2018.

He started his career in the communications sector at Turkcell in 1998. Afterwards, he worked in the insurance industry with Commercial Union and Garanti Insurance. Since 2003, he has held sales and marketing positions in different companies operating in the field of healthcare within the Eczacıbaşı Group, completing 20 years within the group.

In order to leave a better world to his daughters, Sencer, who is married and the father of two daughters, voluntarily supports research, training and implementation studies in non-governmental organizations and student platforms on organizational behavior, which is the field of his doctoral thesis, as well as his career. He also has a book titled "Servant Leadership", which he wrote together with Mehmet Yıldırım Özel.
